Your Role:

As Project Manager at SunBuild you would be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects, including ground-mounted, rooftop, and carport installations. The role would involve managing projects from engineering through to commissioning, ensuring that each project meets the company’s high standards for quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timeline, and resources required for each PV installation. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with SunBuild’s engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all team members.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, farmers, industries, and other stakeholders in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. Ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with project progress.

• Quality and HSE Assurance: Implement SunBuild’s commitment to delivering high-performance, safe and customized solar infrastructure. Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s standards for quality and sustainability (ISO 9001, ISO14001, VCA**, etc.)

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Comprehensive reporting: Collect, analyze and evaluate your project datas (budget, schedule, etc.) to present them to the management in a comprehensive way.

• Proactive support: Help other SunBuild's department (Services, Sales & Dev) with technical support, feasability studies & site visit when required.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering or related field.

• Proven experience 3-5 years in managing large-scale PV projects or similar renewable energy initiatives.

• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes related to solar installations or similar construction environment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.

• Commitment to sustainability, QHSE and innovation in the renewable energy sector.

• Fluent in French and English.

• Driving license
